We go beyond the numbers on the scale — we focus on you as a completely unique individual. That’s why we use genetic testing. This helps us better understand what our clients’ bodies need nutrient-wise and how they process nutrients. Without this information, clients are shooting in the dark when trying to determine ratios of proteins, fats, and carbs.

More than a diet

We don’t like the word diet, so we don’t use it. It’s a word that brings up complex feelings for many clients, but that’s not the only problem with the word. The main problem with diets is that most weight loss diets are not effective in the long run. They’re temporary, they’re fads, or a quick fix. And once they’re done, they’re no longer sustainable.

Rather than relying on a diet-based weight loss program, Lifelong Metabolic focuses on shifting clients’ lifestyles through our nutritional counseling program. 

During the first few phases, we also introduce supplements to ensure you’re getting the nutrients you need. These help you push through hunger, cravings, and lethargy in the early phases, when you’re likely to be most tempted by food (Chicago deep dish, anyone?). Our supplements are made only from natural ingredients — no drugs, no shots, and no hormones here!

Our end goal is for our clients to be able to keep the weight off on their own with a strategic, sustainable, and healthy lifestyle.
