Any diet will work… but then what?
You cannot sustain a healthy and happy life just by following a diet plan. You need a realistic nutrition and exercise plan that works long-term.
All of our programs include time to reach your weight loss goal and maintain weight while under the care of Dr. Borre. This is the most important part.
Dr. Borre will meet text you on a regular basis and visit with you to ensure you feel comfortable following the plan.
Follow the DNA plan. It sounds simple, right? Testing your DNA is a great way to find out exactly what your body needs to function optimally.
The two major sections of this report cover the amount of starches, grains or legumes, fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat or meat substitutes, and healthy fats you need in a day and the range of exercise that is optimal for you. The DNA report will clearly outline nutrition and exercise plans for you to follow.
You will receive a journal to help you implement the fourth phase of this program—for life. This journal includes a list of foods to avoid or eat sparingly and foods you should eat on a daily basis. These foods are selected based on your DNA report.
In your journal, you will write your meal plan and exercise score for the week, required foods, what you actually ate, and the amounts eaten.
The bulk of the program is focused on healthy weight management. In the initial phases, you’ll lose weight quickly, safely, and efficiently, but the long-term goal is for you to achieve and maintain your weight goals for the rest of your life—with the assistance of your journal and DNA report, which are yours to keep.
Even if the weight creeps back up, you can always return to the DNA report and get yourself back on track to a healthy weight for life.
